Terms of Service
Last updated: April 12, 2026.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PianoGlow website, apps, games, services, and related content across all supported platforms.
By accessing or using PianoGlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Using PianoGlow
You may use PianoGlow only in compliance with these Terms, our published rules, and applicable law. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any activity that occurs through your account.
If you create an account or sign in through a third-party platform such as Steam, Discord, Google, or Apple, you are responsible for maintaining access to that account and for complying with that platform's terms as well.
Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse PianoGlow. This includes, without limitation:
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, or damage the Service or its infrastructure
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, or bypassing technical restrictions or premium access controls
- Using bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated systems in a way that harms the Service or other users
- Uploading or sharing unlawful, abusive, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content
- Harassing, threatening, impersonating, or otherwise abusing other users in multiplayer, chat, profiles, or other community features
- Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code
User Content and Community Features
PianoGlow may allow you to submit or share content such as chat messages, profile content, recordings, sheet content, workshop uploads, or other user-generated material.
You remain responsible for the content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.
By submitting content through the Service, you grant PianoGlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, maintain, improve, promote, and moderate the Service.
We may remove content or restrict accounts if we believe it violates these Terms, harms other users, or creates legal, moderation, or operational risk.
Digital Features and Purchases
PianoGlow may offer optional paid features, premium access, virtual items, or other digital benefits. Any such purchase gives you a limited, revocable license to use the purchased feature within the Service; it does not transfer ownership of the Service or any underlying intellectual property.
Additional purchase, billing, refund, or platform-specific terms may apply depending on where the transaction occurs, including app stores, Steam, or payment processors.
Third-Party Services
PianoGlow may integrate with or link to third-party services, platforms, or websites. We are not responsible for third-party products or services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, visuals, branding, audio, design, text, and other content provided by PianoGlow, is owned by PianoGlow or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Features may vary by platform, region, account state, or product tier.
We do not guarantee that the Service or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, or if continued access is no longer operationally feasible.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related matters.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. PianoGlow disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PianoGlow and its affiliates, operators, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, or service access arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, if PianoGlow is found liable to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, to use the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and handle data.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
